Originally founded by Matt Cresswell, with a repertoire of successfully completed projects over his 10+ years of experience, projects including; multi-residential, mining infrastructure, high-end architectural residential & commercial construction. Matt had a vision to create a company that was able to improve results for the client. Whilst also allowing him to increase the ability of Conseth Solutions as the company targets specific projects suited to the experience of the company, ensuring that all stakeholders involved are satisfied with a great end result.
Toward the middle of 2020, Tyler Cleary partnered with Matt and together are the managing directors of Conseth Solutions. Tyler brings with him exceptional success in completing complex large-scale infrastructure projects for an iconic, large international company. With a background in civil engineering, supported by expertise in business and finance, Tyler brings great strategic planning to the company with visions to improve future performance enabling the company to grow.
Nowadays, Conseth Solutions head office is located in Dubbo, NSW and the organisation has a strong focus on projects in remote and regional locations of NSW, with plans to go interstate in the coming years. With 10 direct employees covering an excess of 700km radius from Dubbo, we have the staff and capacity to fulfill all project requirements west of the Blue Mountains.
Our capability is well supported by our availability of internal and external stakeholders, with whom we work with regularly and support one another ensuring that we have complete reliance and confidence in our teams, ensuring the client needs are exceeded. Our business is built in improving and maintaining relationships both with our clients but also especially with our staff and contractors.
