About the project: Conseth were engaged by the head contractor to provide Project management services, contract administration and quality management for 55kms of reconstruction and sealing of RMS road within the Walgett Shire Council district. Works also included review of value management options for the client incorporating design changes and suitability for purpose, resulting in financial benefits for the client.
