About the project: Conseth Solutions worked closely with the Peak Hill LALC board, community members and DPE to enable complete design and approval of infrastructure upgrade works to a community within Peak Hill. These upgrades includes improved roads, footpaths, services and utilities for the communities, with an option to allow local council to manage and maintain the infrastructure post completion of works.The team were directly responsible for all design management, local and state authority approvals and tendering and management of the head contractor to complete the works. A subdivision certificate was also sought and granted, allowing the LALC to build new homes for the community in the future.
